Our hassle-free return policy
Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Perishable/consumable items that have been opened cannot be returned
- Damaged or defective products can be returned within 48 hours of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at care@hi-storm.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review and approve the return request within 24 hours
- Ship the product back using our prepaid return label (provided for eligible returns)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Damaged / Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food/beverage products
- Products purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)
- Customized or bulk orders
